Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Period
Upon receiving your order, you have 14 days to initiate a return to the seller. Simply reach out to us to start the process.
2. Important Information
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, are missing accessories, or change your mind about the item, you can ship it back for free.
  • If you believe your item was damaged during transit, please inform us within 3 business days of receiving it.
3. Returns After 14 Days
In cases where issues arise after the initial 14 days, our 1-year warranty comes into play. This warranty begins from the date of delivery and covers hardware defects.
Please note that the warranty does not cover wear and tear from normal use (including battery capacity decline), significant impact damage, or oxidation (liquid damage). It also becomes void if the item is repaired or tampered with by anyone other than the seller.
4. Additional Instructions for Returns
  • Ensure to erase all personal data and perform a factory reset of the item before returning it.
  • Remove your SIM card and include all accessories that came with the item (e.g., charger, cords, etc.).
  • Package everything securely before returning it. Follow the provided step-by-step return instructions carefully.
